Eve Everette is the Assistant Director for the Anne Frank Project at SUNY Buffalo State. She is a theatre artist, educator, and expert collaborator. Eve received an MA in Classical and Contemporary Text for Acting from the Royal Conservatoire of Scotland. She is a proud alumna of SUNY Buffalo State where she earned a BA in Theatre and a BA in Art History with honors. Currently, Eve is pursuing an MS in Childhood Education at her alma mater. Unique professional and artistic training include: Canada’s National Voice Intensive, Shakespeare’s Globe Theatre in London, and studying Art History in Italy. Eve is also an alum of the Harvard Program for Refugee Trauma: Global Mental Health Trauma and Recovery certificate program through Harvard’s Medical School. Eve serves as the President of the Board for Stitch Buffalo, an organization that advances social justice for refugee women, and cross-cultural exchange in the community through the textile arts. Eve served on Board of the Holocaust Resource Center of Buffalo, facilitated youth retreats for the National Federation for Just Communities, and trained in Restorative Justice practices. Eve enjoys writing, learning about learning, and exploring the great outdoors.
